Accommodation with seniors

Associations bring together students seeking housing and seniors offering a room in their home or apartment. For seniors, the goal is to continue living at home in a less isolated way. For students, the objective is to find accommodations at a lower cost but also to be helpful and supportive.

There are several possibilities available :

  • free room with commitment to be present during the evening,
  • room with contribution to expenses with the provision of certain services,
  • room with an occupancy allowance with no commitment to the senior.

Ads for private accommodations, CROUS (Student Welfare Organisation) residence ads. This free CNOUS (French National Student Service) network service works as an intermediary between owners and students for renting rooms, studios or two-room apartments. You need to open a personal account online and provide proof of student status (student card, university registration, etc.)

LOCSERVICE
Student housing from private owner to tenant. The tenant describes the type of rental he/she wants. The request is then sent to the relevant owners who contact the tenants they have selected. The owners and tenants then enter into an agreement without agency fees – annual registration of €14 for students.

Rental deposit and guarantee deposit
